Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and greet customers.
- Ensure that the “Branch Health Checklist (as per SQ Checklist) is completed by physically checking all areas.
- Report any service issues encountered to the SQ as well as to the respective Branch Manager.
- Guide customers to the relevant desks for the desired service.
- Ensure all relevant instruments i.e., deposit slips/brochures and other marketing material are available.
- Provide complete information on products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints of a routine nature.
- Register customer complaints in the Complaint Management System and maintain an MIS.
- Monitor Service Standards & Branch Ambience and send reports every week.
- Educate/introduce customers on the use of Net-Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Center, and other digital channels.
- Check the Complaint box along with BM/OM and ensure they are registered in the system.
Skills: Confident individual, excellent customer service, interpersonal communication skills.
