Bank Alfalah is hiring a motivated Officer โ Technology Help Desk to provide exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for users via ITG ticketing, calls, and emails.
Ensure timely resolution of issues within agreed TATs.
Monitor, update, and resolve user problems with regular progress updates.
Deliver excellent customer service while following ITG policies.
Analyze recurring issues, provide user training, and maintain support documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science (minimum).
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills:
IT proficiency with an understanding of banking operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
