Position: Team Leader โ Contact Center (Inbound) (Karachi)
Education: Minimum Bachelorโs Degree
Requirements: Minimum 2 Years Banking Experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible to manage team of 12 to 15 officers.
- Schedule and organize shift roster for team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended.
- Understand Bankโs Products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members & ensure adherence.
- Provide e2e resolution to customers while coordinating with the multiple departments within the Bank & handle customerโs queries.
- Knowledge on call center operations, Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance & perform calls evaluation and organize training sessions for under performers.
- To support & assist manager to achieve daily tasks & yearly targets.
- Candidate must have good Verbal & Written communication skills.
