- Responsible for updating and maintaining Daraz Flagship Store of Makeup City
- Managing Product Catalog and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Monitoring and replying to customer queries and concerns on daily basis
- Working with logistic team and warehouse for further procession of complaints.
- Dealing courier partners for pickups.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for ensuring product availability and order fulfilment
