Location: Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Career Counseling or a related field

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Select and guide top achievers for IVY league admissions
• Provide personalized college admissions and career guidance
• Assist with applications, essays, and interview preparation
• Identify areas for improvement and support academic and personal growth
• Collaborate with teachers and parents
• Manage documentation and report progress to the regional BCP Manager

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a guidance counselor in the market
• In-depth knowledge of the admission processes of the world’s best universities (IVY league, Oxford/Cambridge)
• Excellent research, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
