Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide prospective students through the admission process.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address queries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
What Weโre Looking For:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in student counseling or call center roles (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
