We are Hiring! Beaconhouse National University is seeking a proactive Outreach Coordinator for our Climate Change, Environment, and Sustainability Initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

● Framework Implementation:
Support the development and execution of the initiative’s framework.
Collaborate with national and international partners for cohesive implementation.

● Research & Proposal Management:
Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and produce high-quality reports.
Develop and submit research proposals for grants and funding opportunities.
Analyze data to support project objectives and contribute to publications.

● Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison for diverse stakeholders, including donors and partners.
Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring alignment with goals.

● Networking & Partnerships:
Establish relationships with government agencies, NGOs, research institutions, and corporate partners.
Represent the initiative at conferences, workshops, and events.

● Event & Activity Coordination:
Organize and execute events such as webinars, training, seminars, and conferences.
Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives.

● Communication & Promotion:
Develop promotional materials, manage social media content, and update the initiative’s website.
Disseminate findings through press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field from a foreign university (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outreach, research, donor coordination, or sustainability projects.

Skills:

-Proven ability to write and manage proposals to secure funding, and publish research findings.
-Strong research, analytical, and data synthesis skills about climate change, environmental sustainability.
-Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and research tools.
