CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: The Board of Investment (BOI) invites applications for the position of Technical Specialist (PPS-08) under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), a World Bank-funded project on a contract basis.

• Number of Posts: 01
• Quota: Open Merit
• Salary: PKR 218,750/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
• Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must have 16 years of education in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Management Science, or Development Studies. They should also have 8 to 10 years of experience in the public sector, development sector, regulatory modernization, economics, technology policy, or a closely related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the digital economy or technology sector.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Place of Posting: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions

1. Submission of original documents will be mandatory at the time of the interview.
2. Applicants already in Government service should apply through the proper channel. If selected, the applicant must resign from Government service before appointment.

4. If a person does not fulfill the provisions outlined in the Recruitment Rules for the position, their candidature may be canceled, and the nomination withdrawn at any stage.
5. The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirements, or make changes without assigning any reasons.
6. Age relaxation will be allowed as per Government Rules for contract/project-based posts, if applicable.
7. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview purposes.
