Responsibilities:
ยท Analyze and calculate the cost of raw materials, labor, transportation and overhead involved in the production of products (footwear, bags etc.)
ยท Calculate labour costs associated with different stages of production, from cutting to assembly.
ยท Wages calculation through SPM Method
ยท Develop detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for new products (footwear, bags and accessories).
ยท To calculate the consumption of products (footwear, bags and accessories) components by using graph paper
ยท To prepare the bill of materials for products (footwear, bags and accessories) as per requirement
ยท Ensure cost control measures are in place to meet budgetary targets.
ยท Identify opportunities for cost optimization and propose strategies for improving cost efficiency.
ยท Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cost-related information.
ยท Create detailed cost reports and analysis for management review.
ยท Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to costing and pricing.
ยท To prepare pre and post costing and variance analysis for better monitoring and control.
ยท Monitor cost fluctuations in the industry and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and brand standards.
