Job description:
1- Product Sourcing & Procurement:
Identify and source high-quality perfumes from suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with perfume brands, manufacturers, and distributors.
2- Market & Trend Analysis:
Research fragrance trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to select the right products.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to discover new brands and products.
Work closely with the marketing team to forecast demand and align purchases with consumer trends.
3โInventory & Supplier Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues with vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and financial viability.
4-Pricing & Profitability:
Set pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitor pricing, and market demand.
Optimize product mix to maximize sales and profitability.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
5-Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with to align purchasing decisions with business goals.
Prepare reports on sales performance, purchasing trends, and inventory turnover.
Provide insights on best-selling and slow-moving products for strategic planning.
