Position: Senior Sourcing Officer – Printing and Packaging
Education: Graduate / Masters
Experience: Relevant experience in Printing and Packaging
Location: Kot Lakhpat
Responsibilities:
· Implementation of purchase strategies , compliance of policies and procedures
· Identifying and evaluate new potential vendors for printing, packaging and accessories
· To work closely with marketing and design team for packaging design development
· To arrange samples of accessories including perfumes, bags and accessories for collection team
· To get a competitive relevant products pricing and favorable terms with vendors.
· To analyze purchase reports for corrective measures and timely delivery of products.
· To work closely with CWS and vendors to ensure quality of products as per desired standard
· To work closely with the CWS team to address day-to-day supply, invoicing and claims related matters.
· To ensure process audits and timely deliveries according to purchase orders
· To monitor and supervise daily plans for subordinates
· To review and suggest corrective measures regarding pending orders for upward hierarchy
· Acquiring printing and packaging demands from CWS and purchase department and aligning supplier and sub-suppliers for timely delivery
