Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end-user support team in troubleshooting infrastructure system related issues.
- Resolve hardware and software related issues.
- Help manage and monitor IT system security, including ensuring full compliance with company policies and requirements.
- Diagnose technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Deep Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and GPO.
- Monitoring the Network with Monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
- Maintain office 365 accounts and policies.
- Managed the switches and routers.
- Maintain the VM on Hyper V.
Skills:
- Minimum BSCS or relevant degree.
