Job Location: 

• Proactively manage customer’s satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Preparation of sales forecast on annually basis, quarterly and monthly basis. Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them
• Act as key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
• Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by the management
