BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Head of Own Outlet” in their Sales department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related
Experience: 7+ years of automotive experience managing a dealership
Location: Dealership, Karachi
The individual will oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring sales, revenue, and service targets are met. They will manage the performance of sales, service, and administrative teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing to enhance visibility. They will be responsible for inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.
The individual will manage the outlet’s budget, control costs, and maximize profitability. They will monitor service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The role also includes tracking performance, reporting on KPIs, and providing regular updates to senior management. Additionally, they will collaborate with the head office and manufacturers to align operations with corporate goals, ensuring access to necessary resources and up-to-date product offerings.
