Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office – Karachi
The Senior Manager Legal will provide comprehensive legal guidance to senior management and various departments, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. They will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring all are legally sound and aligned with company objectives. The role involves assessing and managing legal risks, overseeing litigation, and handling dispute resolution.
