Requirements:
• 2+ years of prior Franchise customer handling experience
• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
• Handling drop-in client/customer queries and troubleshooting
• Has the ability to deliver good customer service
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
