Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.

Position Specific Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Individual who can work on marketplace operation and data reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to write complex sql queries, knowledge of marketplace operation and will also be required to:

• Develop data set processes
• Identify the areas of improvements
• Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of bykea
• marketplace operation
• Use programming language skills to Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
• Closely work with support departments to understand the business requirements
• Deliver updates to stakeholders based on analytics
• Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
• Manage the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of data

Job Role – This position will be tasked with these main objectives:

Experience in Ops Data Analyst related roles
Create models to guide the markets, cities and franchise to achieve goals
Create and improve marketplace ops dashboards and reports.
Understanding of Geo fence, polygons and maps

Requirements – What you roughly look like as a professional:

Experience & Qualifications: At least Graduate Preferable 2+ year experience

Skillset:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
• SQL and Big Query
• Data Analytics

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
