We are looking to hire an Associate Network Engineer for our Karachi Office. The candidate will be part of our IT/Network Operations team to ensure the computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction.
The responsibilities for this role will involve:
- Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support of computer
systems/network on a routine basis and technical support to remote locations - Responsible for installation administration, and testing of operating systems,
software, and other related network components/equipment issue - Network devices implementations, Operations, Optimizations, monitoring and
troubleshooting including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices - Monitor performance and ensure system availability, also assist in the root cause
determination of network related problems - Manage helpdesk management system for task records, completed and in-
progress - Keep records of computer systems, software and other IT accessories and
maintain network documentation - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Required Experience:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a network and system support role
- Knowledge of network security practices
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- CCNA, MCSE, ITIL trainings are mandatory Apply
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer preferably with experience in both manual and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of software QA, scheduling, QA load balancing, prioritizing tasks & deliverables for critical software checkpoints and milestones in the SDLC life cycle for mobile and web apps including native and PWAs.
Responsibilities
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide
- meaningful feedback
- Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities efficiently
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test designs
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis against the identified bugs
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to improve the quality of
- the deliverables and ensure the business needs are met.
- Test APIs using tools like Postman/Jmeter etc
- Creation and maintenance of Web/API/UI automation test scripts with the
- object-oriented approach using Page Object Model etc
- Test reports and other documentation
- Ability to coach and mentor the QA team members
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelors in IT/Computer science from a well reputed institute
- 4+ years of experience as a software quality assurance engineer
- At least 1-2 years of experience on automation tools & technologies
- Ability to perform responsibilities in a fast paced & agile environment through
- collaboration with the team members
- Must possess strong assessment of of product requirements, features and
- functionalities with concepts and logics
- Must be well-oriented in the whole range of processes and have a strong
- knowledge of software QA methodologies and process
- Experience in testing and automating REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of databases especially postgresql and Mongo
- Hands on experience (but not limited to) on Appium for mobile apps, JMeter
- for load and API testing, selenium/cypress for Web UI testing

We are looking for an iOS Developer preferably with experience in Swift. Responsibilities will include building and maintaining core features in our iOS application. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

- 2+ years in Swift development

- Proven experience creating multiple apps and multiple types of apps
- Passion for learning new technologies – required
- Experience using Agile methodologies a bonus
