CATEGORY: UNDER GARMENTS FOR MENSWEAR

• Prepare and manage cost sheets for undergarment collections, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
• Work closely with suppliers to identify and develop innovative knit fabrics that meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee the sampling process from initial concept to final approval, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric vendors and suppliers, leveraging industry connections to secure high-quality materials.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop appropriate accessories and packaging solutions that enhance product presentation and consumer appeal.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive benchmarks, informing product development and sourcing strategies.

Education Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Textile Sciences/Engineering

Experience 2-3 years of experience in the undergarment segment of the apparel industry.

Skills

• Knowledge of knit fabrics
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team Player
