EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the fashion retail industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives through effective engagement and representation.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for process optimization.
