AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Multan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead the sales team within assigned area and to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
• Understand competitor activity in market and identify/implement steps required to win against competition.
• Coordinate closely with other sales team members and functions, esp. marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure people resources are capable of performing the roles they are assigned, and allocated according to where they can generate maximum value.
• Actively identify capability development opportunities and enable training and development initiatives for sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in diaper industry or relevant market/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales driven, results oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software and ability to drive analysis and monitor execution using software.
