• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify seller account, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
• Optimize product listings to increase visibility and enhance conversion rates on Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online discoverability.
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and manage customer engagement on Instagram, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, coupons, and advertising on various platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Shopify and Amazon policies to maximize store performance.
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the company’s website, Daraz Flagship Store, and social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp).
• Verify orders, process cancellations, and maintain updated online product catalogs.
