Canon International is searching for talented resource for Assistant Manager Import position.
Job Description:
. Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
· Ensure timely availability of imported materials, clearing, and forwarding.
· Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
· Prepare shipping documents like invoices, purchase orders, and bill of landing.
· Track order and ensure timely delivery.
· Liaison with Director Supply Chain to oversee the levels of Warehouse stock and place the orders as needed.
· Run an international vendor development program, hunting new vendors for the right material at the right price.
Qualifications: MBA Supply Chain, Finance & other related degree from a reputable University.
Minimum 5-8 years professional work experience in in a reputable organization.
Location: Lahore
Salary: 100k- 120k plus other company benefits.
