Job Title: Manager Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to target and acquire new corporate clients, maximizing revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify business opportunities and develop sales pipelines, proactively seeking new prospects and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth in the corporate sales segment.
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the organizationโs products or services.
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements and terms with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in corporate client needs to adapt sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
- Mentor and guide the corporate sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or corporate sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office suite.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value proposition to corporate clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing business environment.
- Previous experience in the industry or market segment relevant to the organizationโs corporate clients is a plus.
