Job Title: Manager Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to target and acquire new corporate clients, maximizing revenue and market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Identify business opportunities and develop sales pipelines, proactively seeking new prospects and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to corporate clients.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth in the corporate sales segment.
  6. Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  7. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the organization’s products or services.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements and terms with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in corporate client needs to adapt sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
  10. Mentor and guide the corporate sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive individual and team success.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or corporate sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value proposition to corporate clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing business environment.
  • Previous experience in the industry or market segment relevant to the organization’s corporate clients is a plus.
