Position: SENIOR TRANSPORT ASSISTANT
A Ghulam Faruque Group Company is looking for a qualified and talented individual for the mentioned position based in Gadoon Amazai Swabi KPK.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Assist in planning and scheduling transport routes for deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate transport-related documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices.
- Coordination with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that arise.
- Help coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring the correct items are transported.
- Responsible to conduct inspection of vehicles.
The ideal candidate must have BA/BSc/FA/FSc with minimum 05-06 years of relevant experience. Candidate have Flexible Packaging experience would be an added advantage.
