Job Title: Assistant Manager HR โ Talent Acquisition
Experience: 4-5 years preferably from a hospital/health background
Qualification: Masterโs degree in HR from a recognized university.
Job Description:
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
- Craft sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to top-level positions.
- Implement end-to-end recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events/drives to establish a strong employer brand and attract/hire qualified candidates.
- Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates and past applicants for current and future staffing needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
Excellent Communication (verbal and written) with solid command over Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR ERP software (FlowHcm, People Soft, HRIS).
