OPERATIONS MANAGER CINNABON PAKISTAN

Cinnabon Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled & experienced Operations Manager to lead & optimize our multi-location operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee & manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations
• Lead & mentor teams to ensure operational efficiency & superior service delivery
• Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, & hygiene standards
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives & achieve targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cafe & restaurant industry
• Strong leadership, communication, & organizational skills
• Proven track record in optimizing operations and achieving business goals
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Lead the ideation to execution of online & offline events.
• Develop & implement growth strategies.
• Manage our social media presence.
• Ensure quality content output aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create & execute marketing collateral (ATL & BTL) for promotions, campaigns, & new product launches.
• Develop & execute mood boards for still & video shoots.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA/BBA from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
