OPERATIONS MANAGER CINNABON PAKISTAN
Cinnabon Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled & experienced Operations Manager to lead & optimize our multi-location operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee & manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations
- Lead & mentor teams to ensure operational efficiency & superior service delivery
- Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve profitability
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, & hygiene standards
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives & achieve targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cafe & restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, communication, & organizational skills
- Proven track record in optimizing operations and achieving business goals
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Develop & implement growth strategies.
- Manage our social media presence.
- Ensure quality content output aligns with brand guidelines.
- Create & execute marketing collateral (ATL & BTL) for promotions, campaigns, & new product launches.
- Develop & execute mood boards for still & video shoots.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/BBA from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
