Postions: Production Lead

Mission Statement: Manage and administer multiple production lines and/or assigned utilities. Assist production manager in planning, maintenance and operational activities. To ensure that the planned production takes place in company standards (quality, work safety, environment and cost) determined in TCCQS (Coca-Cola Quality System) and to make personnel, equipment and spare parts planning

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute in the annual business plan in forecasting raw materials, overheads, and KPI’s.
• Design and implement any modifications at plant. Ensure effective and timely utilization of CAPEX.
• Ensure timely data entry for Z-Shift, production and component in SAP. Follow standard practice of maintenance module in SAP
• While managing relevant production and maintenance engineers, additionally, he may be required to work directly as production engineer at one of the assigned line.
• Look after efficiency of relevant lines and utilities.
• Raw material yields are controlled within given targets. Tracking and control of other major materials like, diesel, natural gas, consumables, oils and lubricants.
• Monitoring and adherence to production, quality, safety and environmental KPI’s.
• Prepare and maintain production reports

Candidate Education

• Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics

Job Identification: We are looking for potential candidate for Supply Chain Specialist to be based in CCI Karachi Plant

Mission Statement: This position will be responsible for all activities pertaining to execution of production plan and ensuring finished goods’ availability as per sales forecast.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execution & compliance of production plan at the respective Plant in view of National Planning
• Master Production Scheduling for RGB lines to maximize stock availability for all relevant SKUs
• Close coordination with production to ensure compliance of the PET Production Plan issued by National Planning
• Minimizing downtimes by coordinating line activities such as maintenances, interventions etc
• Ensuring system utilization through close monitoring of production plan entry in SAP to subsequently run MRP
• Raw Material Planning through MRP & ensuring that these are within Pre Defined Inventory Levels to meet Production Requirements. Plant Planner will be the MRP Controller of the respective plants & responsible to run MRP, its usage to control raw materials and raise requisition,

Candidate Education

Positions: Senior Internal Auditor

Mission Statement: Carry out independent Code of Ethics (COE) and fraud investigations and timely reporting to Disciplinary Board. Appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which the organization’s financial, operational and information resources are managed, in order to ensure Company resources are used effectively and efficiently in the process of achieving long-term growth in the value of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct Independent Investigations related to code of ethics violations, maintain effective documentation and reporting thereof.
• Identify, evaluate and conduct investigations for potential fraud risks areas, claims from Ethics Line or any other channel and management requests from business operations.
• Prepare the comprehensive investigation report for Disciplinary Board. Make recommendations for mitigating these risks or internal control weaknesses and promote improvements to the organization’s approach to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and update a Code of Ethics (COE) database regularly. Implement appropriate fraud reporting to the Disciplinary Committee, Audit Committee and senior management on a regular basis.
• Continuously evaluate risk exposures to the organization’s governance, operations and information systems regarding the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information, effectiveness of operations, safeguarding of assets, compliance with laws, regulations and policies in order to define auditable areas.
• Develop and document audit task plan for each engagement, including the engagement’s objectives, scope, timing, and resource allocations. Develop and document work programs that achieve the engagement objectives.
• Review the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and the means used to identify, measure, classify and report such information.
• Perform audits in accordance with the approved audit program and International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) of IIA.
• Identify the gaps in processes, ineffective controls, non-compliance of laws, regulations & company policies and missing / ineffective controls. Discuss these findings with process owners and take their feedback.
• Prepare and organize working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope, results of examination and evidence of findings.
• Prepare audit reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out.

Candidate Education

• CA finalist/ACCA (CFE will be preferred)
• Articles from big four firms
• Minimum experience 4-5 years in Internal Audit (experience in Manufacturing concern & investigation of ethical complaints will be preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent command in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
