Position: Assistant Internal Auditor

Job Identification: We are looking for an Assistant Internal Auditor to be a part of our Internal Audit Team in our Head Office, Lahore.
What We Expect
- Performs audit field work as per audit program defined to the extent to give reasonable assurance about the area/process audited.
- Inspects overall internal control processes to determine the accuracy of financial statement account balances and compliance with laws and regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Analyzes operational and management processes and effectiveness and efficiency of system controls in order to improve them and proposes value-added recommendations.
- Prepares and organizes working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope, results of examination and evidences of findings.
- Discuss audit findings with management in closing meeting.
- Writes draft audit report on the findings allocated by the Audit Manager within given timelines. Proposes value added recommendations.
- Conducts Independent Investigations or assists Internal Audit Manager (IAM)/Audit Executive (AE)/Senior Auditor (SA) responsible for code investigations. Maintains effective documentation and reporting thereof. Assists IAM/AE/SA to update COE database and periodic reporting to Audit Committee, as and when required.
- Performs projects/consulting assignments as per defined scope to support the management in achieving the organization objectives and mitigation of risks.
- Prepares or assists other auditors in preparation of information for the Audit Committee and other management reporting.

Position: HR Specialist
Job Objective
Works directly with the organization’s leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals. Executes all HR processes for GO employees according to CCI policies and procedures. Implements and develops the processes for GO teams in terms of main policies designed by CoE teams and advises on HR regarding policy and procedure creation. Partner with people managers in the relevant Group Office functions to develop and implement people strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions at lower and middle levels. Manage all recruitment, termination, replacement, appointment, promotion processes in line with CCI policies
Transform Line Managers into people managers by developing capability on core HR processes and leadership skills through coaching, mentoring and training, enabling them to drive maximum value for the business.
Enabling the Territory HR Business Partner, Territory Leadership and Functional HR BPs in deployment, implementation and execution of organization strategies and people agenda in order to achieve functional synergies and enable effective delivery of business objectives.
Nurture the Territory HR Specialist and develop them to ensure they have the right HR capabilities to support the HR operating model and deliver to the business.

Education: University / Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) in Business
