Cotton Web Limited is hiring Manager – Finishing to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage manpower and machinery to achieve set targets efficiently.
Ensure product quality throughout the finishing sections.
Lead efforts in wastage management and corrective actions to meet set targets
Manage wastage control, ensure timely delivery of trims, and maintain inventory
Conduct and review internal and external audit processes

Required Qualifications & skills:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in similar role
Education: Textile engineering or any relevant degree
Experience in managing production, quality control, and audits
Analytical approach to problem-solving and risk assessment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
