We are inviting applications for the position of Officer Marketing and Sales to join our Head Office located in Karachi.
Job Description:
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, pre bid and post bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees and perform all operational tasks related to tender submission.
- Arrange and conduct client visits to the factory.
- Deal with all customer enquiries in a professional manner and timely resolve all queries.
- Coordinate with the production and supply chain department to obtain information related to stock levels of work-in-process and finished goods.
- Maintain complete documentation of marketing and sales department including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed and rejected projects, etc.
- Prepare reports for the management including monthly marketing and sales report, invoice status report, dispatch status report, etc.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and build ongoing relationships with clients in order to enhance sales in line with the operational plan and budget targets.
- Manage downstream logistics.
- Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
