We are inviting applications for the position of Officer Network Support to join our Head Office located in Karachi.
Job Description:
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Arrange and install new systems for the end users.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN/WLAN.
- Ensure network availability to all system users.
- Monitor the internet connection and intercity links status.
- Diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults.
- Provide video and voice conferencing support.
- Manage stocks of equipment and supplies.
- Manage the purchase and roll out of new hardware and software.
- Assist in preparing IT budget.
- Provide CCTV camera installation support.
