The main purpose of this person is to ensure product (both new, returned and IST) is lived on web with accurate description and images in the appropriate category. This person is also responsible to ensure that the website is fully functional. Market competitive salary and benefits are being offered. - Web Site QC on daily basis
- New induction upload with proper check of product description
- Shopify App QC to check its performance
- Coordinate with vendor for launches, promo and event to display at web
- Data entry coordination with vendor and make sure all data entries are correctly mapped at back end
- Web performance report weekly
- Coordinate with Shoot team/Photographer/Agency for shoot upload on one drive
- Brand menu tree and product listing page will be in display order
- Keeping check with 24 channel and retail pro integration that all orders are being landed on retail pro on time
- Sale live and new collection on web and revert back of sale and inventory reconciliation
- Product shoot count and report and data entry responsible
