Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, HR systems, and compliance. Lead HR team, streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, and support employee relations. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations monthly payroll and management reporting.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in HR or related field
4 to 5 years of HR operations experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and systems
Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
