Cube Healthcare Systems Pvt Ltd (A US Based Healthcare IT Company) is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Tier2 support) for its software products within the technology department at its Abbottabad Office. The job role requires following skillset:
- Resolve all product technical issues utilizing excellent problem-solving skills
- Thinking out of the box to resolve issues
- Executing level 2 technical support
- Plan, organize, communicate, delegate and control/proper escalation
- Perform technical thinking/reasoning skills following established support process and metrics guidelines
- Basic understanding of TFS, Jira, Microsoft office and SQL
