Requirements:
• Fresh Candidate
• Graduate / Masters
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
• To assist in creation of dimensional drawings with the help of AutoCAD.
• Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes.
• To create presentations related to new task achieved with comparation.
• To coordinate internally and externally for smooth operations.
• Handling of customer’s complaints, queries & requirements.
• Maintaining records and reports, manually and on software on interval basis.
• Responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints within given timescales.
• Ensure complaints acknowledgments and interims to the customers on daily basis and maintain the record.
