Job Description:
- Monitor product quality at various stages of production and recommend improvements to reduce defects or inconsistencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvements needed.
