We are Hiring HR Executive
Experience: 3-5 years Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
Education: BBA/ MBA in HR from a reputable institution
Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and other adjustments.
- Maintain & update employee attendance records, overtime, and leave balances.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, including personal details, compensation, and job history.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting candidates & scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, including documentation & orientation.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and promptly.
- Prepare HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and other metrics.
