Looking for a Sales Operations Executive in Karachi. Candidate should be well versed in Excel.
Job Duties:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports send it to the line manager on a daily basis
- Follow up on the sales orders with the sales representatives and warehouses
- Prepare reports of Discount/Incentive then submit to Finance Department
- Monitor sales person routes on a daily basis and provide the IT department with any update on the sales route plan
- Distributor Audit & Market Visit
- Target uploads in System
- Demand Base Replenishment (DBR) monitoring & Implementation & submit final report to line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 0-3 years of experience in the same field
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
