Position : Product Operations and R&D Executive Required
Darimooch is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Executive to support our Product Development team. This role is key in coordinating the end-to-end process of product formulation, testing, documentation, and finalization. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update the internal product database with accurate and current information.
Act as the key liaison between teams involved in R&D, product launches, and ongoing product improvement initiatives.
Coordinate between the Lab Assistant and Product Executive to ensure efficient execution of new product formulations and testing procedures.
Assist with research and development of new products, including identifying industry benchmarks and defining standards for testing.
Support sample acquisition and vendor coordination for product containers, labels, and other packaging components required for product finalization.
Manage and oversee a dedicated resource responsible for execution-level tasks both in-field and off-field.
Conduct and manage product testing throughout all iteration cycles, compiling data into organized databases.
Create product testing summaries and reports highlighting key performance insights and unique selling points (USPs) of each product.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in product development, operations, or coordination is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with product testing processes and documentation best practices
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
