Responsibility:
- Check and maintain store placements regularly
- Regular store visits and stock counting
- BTL activities execution & placement according to the shared plan
- Regular check with BAs in store
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with other teams to improve the customer experience
- Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and reporting on sales performance
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- understanding of the sales process and customer
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar sales role and industry knowledge
