We are excited to announce the launch of our ManagementTrainee & Graduate Trainee Engineering program designed specifically for talented business and engineering graduates.
This is a 12Months program that offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career with Dawn.

Key Program Components

1) Rotational Assignments: You will be assigned to various business units and departments within the company, where you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to different functions and industries.
2) Mentorship: You will be paired with experienced mentors who will guide and support you throughout the program.
3) Project Work: You will work on real-world projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives, allowing you to apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting.

EligibilityCriteria

HEC recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business (HR/Supply chain/Quality Management/Marketing), Food Sciences, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Civil)
Minimum GPA of 2.8
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
