Purchase Officer – Supply Chain

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure the best possible deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements to avoid stock shortages or excesses.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
