JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share in the frozen foods category.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand into untapped markets, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the Frozen Foods market and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the Frozen Foods Industry.
