Sales Manager – Africa Region

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets across the African region.
• Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fostering collaborative relationships across departments and locations.
• Excellent communication skills; essential for customer service and team coordination.
• 5+ years of International Business exposure, preferably in frozen food industry.
