RESPONSIBILITIES:
DCUBE Innovation and Development team is seeking mid-level Machine Learning Engineer, with minimum two years of experience.
Specific job responsibilities to include:
• Research, design, and implement deep learning applications to solve business problems in the contact centre domain.
• Ensure that deep learning applications are available to the product via the use of APIs.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies that may be able to support machine learning applications.
• Aid product development teams in coming up with new ideas for machine learning applications.
• Understand necessary data requirements to implement machine learning applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science
• A background in independent research.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar domain.
• Great communication skills
