We are looking for Lead MPS โ New Business Development
We are seeking a dynamic Lead for our Manpower & Placement Services (MPS) team to drive global recruitment efforts and develop new business opportunities for workforce supply services. In this pivotal role, the resource is expected to:
ยท Engage with international clients directly in their home countries, introducing DELโs manpower services and expanding our client base beyond DELโs existing network.
ยท Manage external business manpower requirements, including mobilization campaigns across Pakistan, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for overseas deployment.
ยท Identify and capture new business opportunities with recruitment agencies and workforce suppliers across global markets, with a strong focus on MENA, South Africa, and Eastern Europe.
ยท Facilitate smooth overseas mobilization by adhering to local and international employment regulations, visa requirements, and labour laws.
Education & Relevant Experience:
MS HR/MBA-HR/MBA, with 8-10 years of experience in bulk recruitment and administration within a medium to large-scale organization, specifically for new business acquisition and client development in international markets.
