Descon Engineering Ltd (Manufacturing Division) is looking to hire for the position of Engineer Design Mechanical- Boilers.
Job Details
- Location: Lahore
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Requirements:
- Meets the quality standards with fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Involves himself to ensure that design is executed in accordance with the sequence of Quality Management System
- Follow the concurrent/ predefined engineering methodology/ procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement in design/ products and propose changes for benefits / disadvantages
- Perform design calculation, based on design code, software and standard engineering practices.
- Technical evaluation of vendor items and ensures that they are in accordance with design specifications.
- Knowledge of ASME code Section I and Section VIII.
- Maintain record for all non-conformances related to design specific to projects
- Occasionally traveling to clients / going sites for evaluation / improvement in design.
