Position: Manager People Services/Admin
The desired candidate will be responsible for undertaking the following: โ
Scope: To monitor and administrate the activities in Head Office and to ensure effective Administration at Project Sites.
Description:
- ๏ Ensure implementation of administrative SOPโs at Head Office and Sites.
- ๏ Monitor daily & monthly attendance at Head Office & Sites and to ensure proper maintenance of leave record in system as per company policy.
- ๏ Overseeing and managing accommodation at head office and sites as per Company policy.
- ๏ To ensure proper arrangements are made for local/overseas official traveling.
- ๏ Ensure the effective achievement of Project Personnel and Administration, departmental objectives through the leadership of the administration section by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
- ๏ Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.
- ๏ Identify risk, prepare continency / recovery plan and manager resources during the crisis.
- ๏ Should prepare market analysis for the identification of resources as per their expertise.
- ๏ Ensure 100% compliance on Camp Management.
- ๏ Ensure 100% compliance in SAP related to attendance & salary management.
- ๏ Must have clear understanding on post mobilization formalities both for projects.
Qualification & Experience:
๏ Minimum Qualification: Master Degree with Background of Law or HR.
Minimum Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience

Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary:
- To lead the multi-story building project including finishing works to be completed on fast track and responsible for the overall management of the project site in a way that the contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled, in accordance with drawings and specifications and all work is completed as per the safety and quality standards set for construction, while adhering to the project budget and schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and understand the contract carefully to identify all potential risks and establish the approach to mitigate those risks by planning out preventive measures.
- Visualize the project and plan in advance the resources required during the course of project.
- Guide project team in the pre-mobilization activities by analyzing scope of work as per the assumptions made in the proposal and the final contract document.
- Participate in estimating the cost of the project, and ensure that all the resources (including manpower, materials, and equipment & plant) necessary for execution are within stipulated budget allocated to the project in order to control the cost of the project.
- Lead & advise the project planning team to prepare the Base line schedule to ensure the project completion in time.
- Initiate the work at site as per plan and ensure that all the requisite resources including manpower, materials and equipment and plant are organized, well planned, optimized.
- Monitor progress of the project on daily basis by utilizing systemsโ generated reports in order to ensure the timely completion of the project.
- Ensure execution of the project as per plan while taking corrective actions when required, in order to complete the project within time and budget.
- Regular interaction with client for progress reviews, contractual obligations and matters pertaining to overall project management.
- Coordination with different functional Managers in the Head Office for resolving and expediting project related issues.
Qualifications/Job Requirements
- Degree of Bachelors of Engineering in Civil discipline from a reputed university.
- Overall 15-20 yearsโ experience of site execution with reputed building Contractors.
- Manager/Project Manager out of which one should be over 2 billion.
- Incumbent should be resourceful to arrange the subcontractors and project management team & should be well versed with finishing works quality requirement.
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and practices prevailing in the construction industry.
- Computer literacy including command over MS Office.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of contract & risk management
- Flexible to travel and stay at Project Site.

Position :Incharge Contracts
The desired candidate will be responsible for undertaking the following: โ
Scope:
To lead contracts management / administration at all projects from the BU level and assist project teams in the preparation of claims & disputes and their management. Advise project teams on all contractual matters in order to protect companyโs contractual rights and minimize contractual risks. Ensure compliance of all project teams with the terms and conditions of the contract and make them aware of important contractual rights and obligations.
Description:
- Advise and assist project teams in handling, preparation and documentation of claims. Follow up disputed claims until their resolution and report to Country Manager to keep him/her updated about the status of claims.
- Review of pre-bid agreements at the pre-qualification and tender stages and advise proposals & marketing teams.
- Draft and document comprehensive joint venture agreements, consortiums, confidentiality agreements, consultancy services agreements and/or any other agreements which the management may require and their administration to achieve success in projects.
- Assist proposals / sales teams during contract negotiations.
- Assist / advise subcontracts department in contractual issues.
- Conduct audits of all projects in the BU to check compliance with the provisions of the contract and to advise corrective actions for any non-compliance.
- Risk analysis of tender or contract documents that include identification and allocation of risks to the parties.
- Ensure project teamโs compliance to the contract provisions at all times.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: BS in Engineering
Minimum Experience: 10 to 14 years of relevant experience
