Design Engineer – I&C
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years’ of relevant experience in Instrumentation & Control Design engineering pertaining to oil & gas plants, refineries, petrochemical plants and fertilizers industry in the following areas:
- Field Instruments (Flow, Pressure, Level & Temperature)
- Control Valves, On/Off Valves
- Control System (DCS, ESD)
- Analyzer System
- Fire & Gas Instruments
- Layout Drawings
- Knowledge of international codes and standards, with particular references to onshore upstream oil & gas facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O List development
- Data sheets, Material Requisition & Technical Bid Evaluation of Field Instruments, Control & Actuated On/Off Valves
- Development of specifications for Control Systems
- Development of Wiring, Interconnection, Loop Diagrams
- Development of Main cable, Cable tray and Instrument Location Plan Layouts
- Development of Hook-up, Instrument Installation Drawings
- MTO / BOQ Estimation
- Capability to review 3D Model in Navisworks
- Capable of working on different modules of SPI (Smartplant Instrumentation)
